Registered Organisation Users: Payments are sent every month via Bank Transfer or PayPal. Donations made 14 days before the payment day will be paid. So please bear this in mind when making end dates. An email will be sent to you confirming payment.
If a Standard User is fundraising on your charities behalf payments will be made when their campaign ends. Please refer to the Standard Users guide below for reference. If you want to arrange payments sooner please contact your campaign manager.
Standard Users: Payments will be made when your campaign ends so please set your end date accordingly. Payments are made 14 days after your end date, sometimes it sooner! If you are a verified user please contact us if for more info.
